Makers centre/techshop/hackerspace in Toronto/GTA

Anyone interested in joining a group of enthusiasts in developing a crowd funding supported mission to design, develop and implement a membership based makers centre/techshop/hackerspace in Toronto/GTA area?

Jay, I am located in London, but would be interested in checking out a maker space in Toronto (don't think london is a big enough market for one yet. Have you had any momentum with this project yet. Are there any exiting facilities in TO that you are aware of>?
