To be used as a hydroponic growing container. Based on a five gallon Igloo beverage cooler. It needs to be water tight with ports for various tubes and sensors. I was thinking of some type of mold or form that would be used to create insulated foam filled shells which could be outfitted with the correct pumps, valves and other accessories. I am open to any suggestions on how to manufacture such an item at a reasonable cost.
