Tavlo, Carlos I Silva

Tavlo is the studio of artist and designer Carlos Ivan Silva. The studio has 4,000 square feet of space and manufacturing equipment. We offer high quality design, commercial and residential manufacturing services. We provide consulting and manufacturing of prototypes and specialized products. We support our work with 30 years of high-quality craftsmanship based on traditional techniques and eight years of digital manufacturing with CNC router equipment, laser cutting, 3D scanning, 3D printing. We love sculpture, rapid prototyping and respect for traditional craft techniques. As part of our culture, we promote collaborations with FabLabs, makerspaces and creative educational projects in the communities.
