rootlab is focused on creating beautiful and functional custom architectural elements and furniture for inspired commercial and residential spaces. We pride ourselves on using cutting edge digital design and fabrication techniques to marry wood, steel and synthetic materials to make unique objects that take advantage of each material's unique properties. In addition to traditional wood and metal working tools we operate a 4'x8' CNC router, a 5'x10' CNC plasma cutter & 3-axis CNC mill in shop, which means we can go from idea to drawing to prototype quickly and accurately, all without outsourcing. We are licensed sign contractors in the City of Houston and can take your sign idea from conception through permitting to installation.
