We are a 5-axis CNC shop and lumber mill, in one big building and attached aircraft hangar. Our main CNC workhorse is a monstrous, fast, and micrometer-precise 5-axis machine: an 18K DMG Mori DMU65 ultrasonic with 31"ø FD table and tandem drive 240° trunnion. Commitments allowing, I charge $60/hr for 5-axis machine time and for my time. I do this is more or less to turn away scammers and cover costs. I'm killer at industrial design, CAD/CAM, ergonomic design, product design, and also C++, Python, Perl, TCP/IP, super-computer liquid cooling, OpenGL, learning algorithms, you name it.
