We provide Design and 3D Printing services to our customers with a particular focus on hard to print materials like PEEK, PEKK, Ultem 1010, Ultem 9085, PPSU, Polycarbonate, Nylon, ABS, ASA, and Chopped Carbon Fiber versions of the above Plastics. We also print and process 316 Stainless Steel. We will soon be adding Technical Ceramics like Alum and Zirconia. Our process is FFF (FDM). Resin is soon to come. We offer Custom Welding and Fabrication services as well. We have TIG and Stick capabilities. This affords us the ability to weld most metals that you may need to use in your build. This includes Stainless Steel, Bronze, Aluminum, Steel, Copper and so on. We have had many years and a huge diversity of experience in the kinds of custom projects we have made over the years. There is no job that is too small. In the design arena we are equipped with Fusion 360 to both model and convert files to STL for printing. We have been in the Design business for several years in the Graphics field and also in the Machine Design and Fabrication. We have been in the 3D Printing business for the last 2 years and have Designed and Printed many models and functional parts for a variety of customers.
