Dow Machine & Fabrication

I'm a machinist 40 hours a week but I'm looking for some work for my home shop. I have a 9" by 48" mill, a 9" by 36" lathe, and a 6" by 18" surface grinder. I also have a 48" by 48" CNC router that can handle aluminum and anything softer. I can machine just about any material up to however large my machines can handle, my only limitation is the complexity of the part- some parts simply can't be machined on a manual mill or lathe. I also have the ability to laser engrave wood, tile, and glass - google "laser engraving" or something similar to see examples. I can create 3D models based on blueprints or drawings as well - will be exported in .f3d format. Obviously my price per hour will vary depending on the size, shape, and required tolerances of each part, the machinability of the material to be used, plus the cost of material.
