We are a multimedia fabrication shop. Our main source of income comes from our 5' x 9' custom built CNC router. It is capable of 3 and 4 axis work. The 3 axis capabilities are within 5 inches of Z travel and 18 inches of possible Z clearance. The 4th axis capabilities are within 12 inches in diameter with 5 inches of Z travel and 9' of length. We also have a fully tooled wood shop with all the common wood shop tools I.E. planer, jointer, table saw, compound miter saw, router table, vacuum tables, finish booth etc... In addition to our wood shop we have a clean shop. In our clean shop we have the rapid prototyper(makerbot replicator 2[prints in PLA plastic]), standard 3D laser scanner, structured light 3d scanner and a live large format 3d scanner that uses a microsoft kinect as its sensor. We principally service the fine woodworking, TV/Movie/Stage production, commercial design/production and industrial design/production industries.
