BioSculptor

We are the developers of the BioSculptor CAD/CAM system designed for orthopedics and free-form manufacturing. We can create 3D models using many different data acquisition methods including laser, structured light, white light, measurements, photos and videos or if you already have a 3D model, we can read that as well. We can then design and manipulate or change your 3D model based on your needs. After you are happy with the final model, we can cut a 3D positive or negative model out of many different rapid prototyping or definitive materials, like rigid foam, plaster, wax, wood, composite board etc.
