We are a custom manufacturing shop using cnc technology to help designers achieve complicated designs affordably. The services that we offer range from just cutting sheet goods (panel processing) for cabinet shops and furniture designers to 3d objects out of solid stock or laminating material to achieve the appearance that is requested. We can also add decoration to cabinet doors- carved entry doors- mantle decorations whether that is an on lay (separate carving applied to the surface) or carve “into” the surface to have a recessed image. With the accuracy that the cnc provides doing complicated inlays become more of a reality then just a wish. We work with our clients and adjust to their needs whether that is using their provided pre-nested parts on in a dxf file and we just apply the code (tell the machine what to do) to doing 3d modeling too show how all the parts fit and interact with each other. We can also cut your supplied material or we can supply the material. We don’t just offer the cutting service but can assemble and have your project finished for you as well.
