At Gicam Ltd we provide design and manufacture services for both 2D and 3D products. Our 2D services are CNC routing of plastic and wooden sheet materials. This includes anything from engraving of text and designs for signs to production of components that may be assembled together as seen in projects like wikihouse. Our 3D services are the design and manufacture of moulds and tools for metals, plastics and composites. For example: - Foundry patterns for metal castings. - Vacuum forming tools for sheet plastics. - Hand lay up moulds for fibreglass and carbon fibre. - Closed mould tools for fibreglass production using Light Resin Transfer Moulding (LRTM)
