We design, manufacture, and sell CNC router and laser cutter/engraver kits, as well as a large selection of CNC and (through our sister site newbiehack.com) microelectronic components. We occasionally do partial assembly of our kits for customers who need it, and we sometimes contract with local (to us or the customer) Makerspaces to provide more complete assembly, set-up, calibration, or training. We also do custom jobs from time to time where we can use our knowledge to solve unique or interesting problems for our customers. These projects have ranged from customized versions of our machines (including one made to live its whole life inside a freezer cutting ice sculptures) to one-off carvings and engravings to manufacturing custom circuit boards.
